Anything factual gets priority. Where a price, an ingredient or a guarantee term has drifted out of step with the brand's own order form, flag it and the page gets amended.
Orders, delivery and money
Say it plainly rather than let somebody sit waiting on a reply that cannot come: none of this lands here. We publish; we do not retail. There is no warehouse, no till, no login to the merchant's back office. Your order is invisible to us, which rules out amending it, stopping it or sending the money back.
Your checkout receipt holds both the order reference and the support address to use. Everything in this list belongs there:
- Tracking, and when the box actually lands
- A shipping address typed wrong
- Stopping an order that has not gone out yet
- Claiming inside the 60 days
- Every question that touches the payment itself
Receipt missing? Look in spam first — nine times out of ten it is sitting there.
Health questions
Is it right for me, will it collide with my tablets, what is this thing I have noticed since night three — none of those are answerable from a web page. They want somebody holding your notes. What this site can usefully give you is the cautions section, which names the precise interactions this formula creates; take that to a pharmacist or GP. Raise the 5-HTP point before placing an order, not afterwards.
If you represent the brand
Show us evidence of a factual error and it is fixed the same day. Asking us to tone down the 5-HTP warning, quietly lose the melatonin cautions or delete the sleep apnoea note will get nowhere: each is there because it is true and because a reader is worse off without it.
